Scuba certification can cost hundreds of dollars. A basic gear package runs into the thousands. For most families, diving isn't even a conversation — it's a fantasy.
The NextGen Divers Foundation was created to change that. Through scholarships, sponsorships, and community support, we're working to break down the financial barriers that keep young people out of the water.
Every contribution goes toward putting a young person underwater — certified, equipped, and mentored by experienced divers who understand that this isn't just a sport. It's a calling.
Certifications
We fund Open Water and Advanced certifications for young divers who wouldn't otherwise have access.
Gear & Equipment
From BCDs to regulators, we work to equip every student with quality gear so they can dive safely.
Mentorship
Every NextGen diver is paired with an experienced mentor — someone who guides them in and out of the water.

Full Certification
Every student receives complete Open Water certification — classroom, pool, and open water dives. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Complete Gear Package
We provide everything a student needs — BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, computer. No family should have to choose between groceries and gear.
Safety First
We don't cut corners. Our divers train with certified professionals, use quality gear, and learn that the most important skill underwater is discipline.
Ongoing Access
Graduation isn't the end. NextGen students get continued access to gear, dive trips, and mentorship. Once you're in, you're in for life.

It Started With Two
Jeff didn't set out to build a foundation. He set out to teach his son to dive. But when Gunner hit the water at 12 years old, something clicked — for both of them.
They realized that what they had — access, gear, mentorship — wasn't available to most kids. NextGen exists because Jeff and Gunner decided that wasn't acceptable.
